Trader Joe’s Cookie Thins

Some people say they have a sweet tooth. I’m different. I have sweet teeth.
Because of this love of all things sugary, I’m on a constant quest for new foods that will enable me to indulge.
My latest find, and one I highly recommend, is Trader Joe’s Cookie Thins – Toasted Coconut.
As the name suggests, the cookies are super thin, but extremely flavorful. Think of them as sugar cookies infused with coconut.
An added bonus is that the cookies have no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. They’re actually healthy! O.K., they’re healthier than other cookies.
Another bonus is that they come in two other flavors, lemon and ginger. They will definitely be on my shopping list in the near future.
